I needed a leaking garbage disposal replaced. Able To came out the next day. They replaced the disposal, installed a new faucet , shut off valves and connectors. The technicians were clean, on time, and the price for the job was very fair. As this was an "emergency" I expected to get hit with a hefty service charge. I will use then again if any plumbing or rooter issues come up. Thank you Trent.

I have used Able To Plumbing & Rooter in Livermore  For Many years. I have to say that Travis has always gone above and beyond.  He is honest, his pricing is very reasonable, and he takes pride in his work. I have always been 100% happy with his service. This time I had him install a shower pull grip bar in our parents shower. My Dad was happy with his prompt service.

I had another company quote us twice as much for a plumbing job and imply that it was urgent. Able Plumbing gave me a quote for half the amount and told me it was not urgent to get the job done now. We will save for the replacement and exclusively use them.

Absolute life savers! I called Able To Plumbing & Rooter around 9am. By 10 o'clock Trentyn & Travis were at my office working their magic. They were both very professional, informative, and straight to the point. There was zero upselling on services. The price was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. This is a great company to do your plumbing work. They have changed out a two faucets in our bathroom, changed out our kitchen faucet and updated three water valves in our bathroom in three separate calls. They are professional, very knowledgeable, and prompt. We continue to use them for our plumbing needs because of the results we get. We are extremely happy with their work!

Fantastic work. Travis and Trent did wonders on our job. They came in behind another well known Walnut Creek plumber (who shall remain nameless). The other plumber's work resulted in ruining our Toto shower fixture. After 30 minutes of abusing our fixture with channel locks, the plumber gave up and said the "office would call to schedule a follow-up appointment". Never heard back from them. BTW -- this same firm installed our new hot water heater and screwed up the installation.

Enter Able To Plumbing --- (1) diagnosed the problem, (2) removed the old Toto fixture and cartridge, (3) quickly sourced a new, replacement fixture and cartridge, and (4) installed it. This shop is now our go-to plumber.

My key take away --- if you have high-end fixtures or equipment such as Kohler, Toto, or Rinnai, you need to hire qualified plumbers to work on them. Many of the large plumbing companies that advertise on Yelp and social media, are high volume chop-shops that focus on low-end stuff. I found Able To Plumbing based on a referral from a showroom manager of a top brand, which hires them for all their install jobs.

I had a backed up toilet and of corse it was the holiday! I called a few companies but got no answer. I then dialed Able To Plumbers and Travis answered right away! Needless to say, I was quite shocked that I got an answer on a holiday - not just that - he was kind and compassionate and promised to take care of the issue the next day!! Wow! I actually left messages at other companies but they didnt even RETURN A CALL!
Travis and his associate were both professional, prompt, kind, and explained the problem thoroughly. He reviewed other plumbing areas in the house and provided excellent advice. I have plumbing issues almost yearly and I've contracted multiple different companies...that ends TODAY! I will ALWAYS use Travis at Able To Plumbing!!! Amazing work and customer service!
